Mains Conditioning
The quality of the AC mains supply profoundly influences the performance from any Hi-Fi or Home Cinema system, and mains conditioning should be considered the foundation from which to construct any system.
There are different concepts of what defines mains conditioning and many filters or “so-called” conditioners on the market that use capacitors, coils, inductors which often come with caveats. They tend to solve certain problems but create other limitations, for example, a reduction in dynamics.
